Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 16 August 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
PulseOne ("PulseOne", "the Service", "we", "us", "our") provides this executive workstream reporting portal. By creating a workspace, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you enter into an agreement with PulseOne on these terms.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or continuing to use PulseOne you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service. If you use PulseOne on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation; if you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to contract.
3. The Service
PulseOne is a subscription web application that lets a workspace administrator collect workstream updates from contributors and compile them into an executive summary, with optional AI-assisted drafting, reminders and reporting views.
4. Your account
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- use PulseOne for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable regulations;
- commit fraud, send spam, or upload deliberately misleading content;
- infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any person;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning our systems, bypassing access controls, or scraping data;
- reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or circumvent plan limits.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the updates, comments and other content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, store and process that content solely to operate and support the Service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.
7. AI-assisted features
Some features generate draft text from the updates in your workspace. AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete and are suggestions only. You remain responsible for reviewing anything before it is shared or relied on, and AI output must not be treated as professional, legal, financial or regulatory advice.
8. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Service, including its software, design, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in line with your subscription plan.
9. Service level
We work to keep PulseOne available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party outages and factors outside our control may affect availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Payment, subscriptions and taxes
PulseOne is sold as a monthly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. After termination you may request an export of your workspace data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email, and continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
15. General
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
